Isi artikel
This paper presents a systematic scheme from simulation of material deterioration to performance prediction of concrete structures with damages, which is necessary to predict service life under combined effects. As efficient numerical method, rigid body spring model and lattice network model in meso scale are introduced for mechanical and substance transport analyses respectively. Simulation of concrete damage evolution under various mechanical loadings, simulation of mechanical property of concrete damaged by freeze thaw cycles, and simulation of permeability/diffusivity of concrete damaged by loadings are presented as examples of the application of those models.
