Abstract
The increasing growth of industrial sector in the region are increasingly demanding that workers have high mobility. Workers with a high mobility of the private vehicles to support their mobility, especially motorcycles. Thus the competition between manufacturers of helmets will be more stringent. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of quality helmet X, identifies the category canoe helmet attribute X, and identify priority attribute helmet X. In this study used a sample of 60 respondents helmet X users who are required to have a SIM C. sample collection technique using the Quota Sampling , Data is collected using a Likert scale. First questionnaire validity and reliability test using SPSS software 20. The validity and reliability testing done on 50 respondents. Identification and measurement attributes influence the level of user satisfaction on the quality of quality helmet helmet X X performed using the method of Kano. The results of this research indicate that many of the attributes that have an influence on user satisfaction helmet X. In addition, satisfaction levels each - each of these attributes is still below available from satisfying the criteria. Suggestions for PT. XYZ as the producing helm X is improving the quality of each - each attribute to prioritize attributes that can meet the needs of users helmet X or in other words a category must be compared with one-dimensional categories. In this study there were six categories and 16 categories must be one-dimensional and two categories indefferent.
