How can I obtain a username and password for login?
For new students, you can obtain your username and password for login by checking the email from the admissions office.

What should I do if I can't log in?
If you receive a "login gagal" or "login failed" (login failed) message, it means there was an error in entering your user ID and/or password. If no warning message appears, check the date and time settings on your computer and make sure they are correct.

What if I forget my username and password?
You can request a new username and password by using the Service Request facility and including a photo of your student ID card or employee card (for staff and faculty).

How do I book a book and how do I obtain a booked book?
You can book a book through Atmalib (lib.atmajaya.ac.id). Make sure to log in using your username and password. After that, select the menu "My Library - Booking - Create Booking." Then, enter the title of the book you want to book, click on the title in the search results, click the "Booking" button, and fill in the end date (maximum of 90 days). Finally, click the "Booking this collection" button.

How can I obtain a booked book?
You can open the menu "My Library - Booking - Booking List." Then, check the status of the book. If it is available, you can approach the library staff to obtain the book.

How do I cancel a booked book?
If you want to cancel a booked book, select "My Library - Booking - Booking List - Cancel Booking."

How do I make a book reservation?
You can make a reservation through Atmalib (lib.atmajaya.ac.id). Make sure to log in using your username and password. After that, select the menu "My Library - Reservations - Create Reservation." Enter the title of the book you want to reserve, click on the title in the search results, and click the "Reserve" button.

How long is the reservation period?
Reservations are valid for a maximum of 3 hours during the library's operational hours.

How do I cancel a reservation?
If you want to cancel a reservation, select "My Library - Reservations - Reservation List - click the "x" mark on the collection title - Cancel Reservation - Okay."

How can I obtain a reserved book?
Reserved books can be obtained by directly taking them from the shelves or by asking the library staff for assistance.

How can I extend the loan period of a collection by myself?
You can extend the loan period by yourself without visiting the library. Login to Atmalib (lib.atmajaya.ac.id) using your username and password. Then, select the menu "My Library - Loans/Renewals - Loan List (Renewal)." Check the checkboxes next to each collection you want to extend and click the "Renew" button.

What if I can't renew my loan?
There are several factors that may prevent you from renewing:
1. Late renewal of the collection (recommended to renew at least 2 days before the due date).
2. Another user has booked the collection.


What are the operating hours of the library?
The Unika Atma Jaya Library has 3 locations with the following operating hours:

Semanggi Campus:
Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00

Pluit Campus :
Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00

BSD Campus :
Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00


Can final projects (thesis, research papers, dissertations) be accessed online? How can I do it?
Final projects (thesis, research papers, dissertations) in the Unika Atma Jaya Library can be accessed online. To do so, log in using your username and password at Atmalib (lib.atmajaya.ac.id). Then, click on the advanced search and search by title, author, and type: Dissertation (S3), Master Theses (S2), KTI-FK, or Undergraduate Theses (S1). Once you see the search results, pay attention to the title and symbols. If there is a paperclip symbol next to the title, it means the PDF file can be downloaded.

How can I access online databases subscribed by Unika Atma Jaya?
You can access online databases subscribed by Unika Atma Jaya by logging in to Atmalib (lib.atmajaya.ac.id) and clicking on the OneStop Search symbol located on the right side of the Atmalib homepage. Then, conduct your search on that page to explore and access all the online databases subscribed by Unika Atma Jaya.
If you are accessing from outside the campus, you will need to log in using your Atma Jaya student email username and password.


Can I propose new books?
Yes, you can propose new books through your faculty members. If the proposal is approved, the faculty member will contact the Unika Atma Jaya Library to make the book purchase request.

How can I contact you?
You can click on the Service Request menu in Atmalib and select the appropriate section for your inquiry.

How many books can I borrow and for how long?
For undergraduate students (except for Medical Profession), the borrowing regulations are as follows:

Maximum of 4 book loans
Maximum of 5 booked books
Maximum of 2 reserved books
Loan extensions can always be done if there are no bookings for the collection.
Loan period: until the end of term
Reservation period: 3 hours
Booking availability period: 3 days

What are the penalties if I fail to renew my book loan?

There is a fine of Rp 2500,00 per day per book.
The fine payment can be made online within or outside the campus using the Fintech QR code.
