In this study, researcher set a private clinic in Depok as a main subject, and a local private hospital is set as a secondary subject and also a foremost reference. Technometric is a method applied in this study which has perception that optimality of service rate relies on four technology components named technoware (T), humanware (H), infoware (I), and orgaware (O). These four technology components (THIO) which are consist in a physiotherapy unit of both research subjects, will be a research object that their priority weight will be identified by using ANP weighting method. Through this study, four technology components of a physiotherapy unit, and correlation between technology assessment and a multi-criteria decision making will be identified. The result in this study are pieces of advice for the local private clinic in a state of management implementation of an improvement for humanware, such as intensive controls on the practice of SOP, create an open communication between staffs, improving staffs’ individual quality by taking higher level of education, and also attend physiotherapy workshops periodically.
