Abstract
Corn is the main ingredient of animal feed that fulfilling the needs of corn every day is very important. Meeting the needs of corn supported by a good performance of supply chain management. Therefore, an assessment of the supply chain performance is an important thing to measure the feasibility of supply chain. Performance of supply chain in this study were analyzed using SCOR method, SWOT analysis, and value-added analysis. SCOR method used to measure the performance of the supply chain, where the SWOT analysis identifies strengths and weaknesses contained in the supply chain and outside the supply chain, while the value-added analysis is used to calculate the added value of corn in each supply chain actors. The results showed the existence of suggestions for improvements to the performance of the supply chain actors in the indicators of perfect order fulfillment, order fulfillment cycle time, and costs. Supply chain network with a SWOT analysis shows the weakness of the internal side is on farmers, while the external side is in government. The SWOT analysis produced 4 (four) strategies. The next analysis showed the added value of farmers have the highest added value to the value of 78.12%.
