The rapid development of today's technology has an impact on people's lives, one of them in the world of education. Learning methods shifted from conventional methods that require lecturers and students face to face directly in a room, into digital methods that use electronic devices and networks to help learning between lecturers and students. Digital learning method is often also referred to as e-learning (electronic learning). Another utilization of e-learning is use for the test. Exam is one way to evaluate the learning process. In the educational world test is intended to measure the level of achievement of a goal of teaching by students as learners, so that students can determine the level of success in understanding the field of study that is being taken. The objectives of this study is to analyze user satisfaction of e-learning as an online test media in Department of Industrial Engineering Atma Jaya. The data used are 128 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling techniques to the type of stratified random sampling with a sample size calculation using proportionate random sampling. Data processing is conducted with structural equation modeling (SEM). Results of the research model is fit because has fulfilled all the parameters of the size of the goodness of fit, chi-square value is 1.138, p-value 0.226, GFI 0.937, AGFI 0.894, df 1.138, TLI 0.97, dan CFI 0.979.
