Improving company’s performance is one of important factor to determine success of the company. However, companies sometimes pay less attention to the important aspects to improve employee job satisfaction. This cause the employee wasn’t satisfied causing problems at companies such as absent, defective products, and employee who left the company. So the company should require greater operational costs. So, it’s necessary to study what kind of factors that have an effect on a retention. This research, we want to know thee effect of compensation, work environmet, and facilities on employee satisfaction in PT. Saeti Concretindo Wahana. The researcher was using path analysis to analyze the model of this research. This model is also typical of multiple linear regression with mediation. The researcher was using the SPSS to testing the validity and reability of the data. And Amos program to seach the effect of the variables The results of this study showed no relationship between compensation , work environment , and facilities on employee job satisfaction . This is because as the value of the critical ratio below 1.96 and t - value above 0.05 .
