Abstract
This research is conducted to find out the influence of tacit knowledge to certain factors such as productivity, motivation and innovation. This research took place in Small and Medium nterprise of Keripik Tempe Amel in Malang which produce tempe chips. Tacit knowledge is a knowledge that is stored in everyone and usually it is based on experience so it is hard to be formulated. Tacit knowledge will influence worker’s innovation and working performance. There are a lot of process that required skill and experience in order to produce tempe chips, so these production process needs tacit knowledge from each of their worker. Tacit knowledge inside Small and Medium Enterprise of Keripik Tempe Amel will affect amount of product created, innovation and increase the motivation of the worker to work. Influence of tacit knowledge to productivity, motivation and innovation maybe acknowledge by questionnaire deployment. Result from the questionnaire will be processed using Partial Least Square Software (Smart PLS) and clarifated or validated externally with Institute of Union and Small and Medium Enterprise Marketing. It can be concluded that tacit knowledge didn’t affect innovation and productivity yet it affect motivation inside every worker.
