Abstract
Like many changes there in terms of information technology in a specific institution. The problem faced not just a simple problem can be solved directly given. Many of the steps or ways to solve problems, especially problems related to information technology. Information Technology problems are usually not far from the technical issues surrounding the computer, email, web, or anything that can relieve a person or organization reaches a certain information. In the pursuit of information, usually someone who is in an organization or institution in particular trying to optimize their work to obtain the information clear and focused towards the desired customer or stakeholders. UPT Puskom Unika Atmajaya Technical Services Unit is organization that have responsiility in Information Technology (IT) in a University institution. These units works in maintaining the stability of existing information systems in Unika Atmajaya. Each division on UPT Puskom have a different job satisfaction and job commitment rates to interpret interpret their work. So to show the influence to their work, employee performance factor have a role to show there are influence that made employee performance high or low if the satisfaction and commitment factors become the independent factor. So to realize there are relation or not we can use the kuesioner tools where to processing the data uses PLS (Parial Least Square). PLS have an ability to identified relarionship and relationship between indicator from satisfaction, commitmen, and employee performance construct. The result from this research show that the indicators have goog validation and reliabilation, but there are some indicators didn’t have relationship and influence with the construct. This research also represent that job satisfaction didn’t have positif influence to employee performance, but job commitment have that. This is indicate that job commitment which have to each individu on institution need more attention so we can reach optimum result of employee performance.
