Abstract
PT Karibuntex Internusa is a company that produces soap and yarn.in this time the companies realize that human resources is an asset to the company's most important resources.because through other resources is people can function.
and to improve performance the companies trying to increase the productivity of human resources.one thing can be done is by considering employees' job satisfactionfactor. The purpose of the holding of this research is to measure the level of employee performance based on factors in job satisfaction.so the companies know the level of employee job satisfaction.the writer expect that company can be quickly and precisely perform repairs to the factors of low job satisfaction.
In the present study will use questionnaires to measure levels of employee performance.and the questionnairres will be used was the satisfaction
questionnaire and important questionnaires .which include 10 employee satisfaction factors, the data obtained will be processed with SPSS version
17.method processing and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis , IPA (importance performance analysis) and CSI (customer satisfaction index). The results from this study that states that the level of employee satisfaction in the PT Karibuntex Internusa is satisfaction.factors that influence the level of job satisfaction on the employee performance of PT Karibuntex Internusa is salary, expenses and working conditions, coworkers and regulations and o erationalprocedures.
