Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristic of company culture, employee’s satisfaction, and leadership to the employee’s work performance at Indomobil Suzuki International. The populations observed in this research were employees of PT. Indomobil Suzuki International Plant Cakung. The samples studied were 297 employees that based on decision sampling table. The method used for data collection in this research was stratified sampling and single random sampling. The data collected was then further analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling software AMOS 7.0. The structural equation model in this research is based on the existing theoretical findings, which is the variables and the indicators in this structural model are developed from that existing theoretical findings. The hypotheses that will be tested in this research are defined according to the identified structural equation model which has been identified. The results indicate that the structural equation model have a good index goodness of fit, the index goodness of fit is on the acceptable level of fit, so the model in this research is acceptable. The research shows that company culture does have direct effect on the employee’s work performance. The observation results show several indicators that reflect the company culture which include tolerance towards conflict and communication pattern. While the most influence indicators for employee’s work performance are rights & obligation and also initiative.
