The existence of leasing business sector is needed in addition to banking sector, non-banking sector, and loan-deposit cooperation. The role of government, therefore, is providing the easy way for company licensing giving a business opportunity and assistingto non performing loan recovery through state auction office. Then on performing loan recovery through state auction office is much more efficient than that of other alternatives. Through the parate execution of mortgage and parate execution of fiduciary, the state auction office may auction off warranty-goods. Nevertheless, the leasing company should prudently and accurately act in formulating principal agreement and its related matters (the collateral) as what regulated by standard legal contract.
