A strategic public policy like health issue may significant effect on such layers of society as health personel, government officer in health service, health sector investor (beauty clinic, obstetric clinic, hospital, etc), end user of health sevice (individually and publicly) and also health education institution (medical faculty, health academy, etc), health service consumer institution and also legal and institution. Therefore, the law of medical practice urgently requires attention of many social stratums including professional in such fields a slawyer, medical, politician besides the community an sich. Principally there are two basic issues being urgent to release the law of medical practice viz. firstly, for publix interest, to protect community from an exploitative and unethical of medical practice that causes serious damage on the public trust in medical profession, secondly to give a legal certainty and legal protection of medical profession against an execussive immaterial of puvlic suit that may cause a defensive of medical practice and crisis of malpractice in which decrease the medical profession image.
