At first there seems to be no distinction between law and morality. People recognize the differences between what is acctually legal or legally right according to the political authorities. The idea about the relationship between law and society the idea that law is a miror of society and the idea that the function of law is to maintain social orger. The second component of the framework willbe an outline of the law - society relationship. This scheme will be recognized in terms os a tripartite set of basic elements : custom / consert and morality / reason, as they relate to positive law.
