People need water to sustain their life. In various large cities water is greatly in demand by the public. Therefore, it is important for the community to be self sufficient in clean and portable water sources. Generally, river water is cleaned by electric pumps to filter out various imputies of the water that are lost in this process are : 1) turbidity , 2) hardness, 3) taste or scent, 4) microorganism. While the process of water softening and purification includes : 1) sedimentation, 2) coagulation, 3) softening, 4) chlorination, and 5) cleaning.
