Isi artikel
Previous research findings have indicated that the california psychological inventory (CPI) is empirically related to the five - factor ('big five") model of personality. The present study attempted to confirm previous findings by separately factor analyzing the CPI scores from two different samples of managers. The big five personality factors resulted from both factor analyses.
