Statistical Process Control (SPC) basically represents one of the three statistical methods. One elementary matter which becomes implementation internal issue of SPC is an idea that SPC only conversing about control charting and types of control chart only. Only few engineers think at management aspect and implementation aspect of SPC itself like how and where to start SPC. The requirement offresh graduate engineers, which understands to think managerially compared to its understanding in types of control chart itself is very needed in implementation of SPC at one particular organization. For that reason, it is important to find out the instruction or training methods of SPC in college level and practitioner, which can develop the potency of thinking managerially and implementation aspect than simply congeniality and differences between control charts. This paper represents one method used in SPC training by developing a conseptual framework of SPC implementation.
