The most important asset of any organization is its people. Therefore, it is impossible to overstate the importance of sound personnel management. The functions of a personnel department vary tremendously between organization. One of these functions is to determine number of the employee. The workers many get promoted from one grade to another, or leave the company or continues in the same grade. The worker movement like that, can be modeled using transition probability of states of Markov Chains.
