Isi artikel
E-learning is a new training tool to reduce time and cost. Based on the theory of rational action, this study aims to verify the effects between the learners’ self-efficacy to the perceived satisfaction. To test the proposed hypotheses, a survey was conducted in Taiwan. According to the results, the direct effect of learners’ self-efficacy to the perceived satisfaction was not supported, while the indirect path by perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had significant influence to perceived satisfaction. The theoretical and practical implications of this study contribute to the effects of learners’ factors impact to the perceived satisfaction as e-learning.
