Isi artikelIn this paper, it has been implemented scheduling algorithm priority scheme (SP) which consists of three main processes of scheduling, radio resources management, packet scheduling and priority schemes. Combining of K & H algorithm and MPF will be evaluated periodically, to measure average throughput of each QOS. Average throughput of each user will be compared with target throughput of each QOS class requirement, then it will be rescheduled if average throughput does not meet their requirements starting with the higher QOS class first then to lower class as long as possible. SP scheduler showed that every user obtained the target of data rate as long as the capacity of multicarrier system was still available, otherwisethe lower priority of class was sacrificed for the highest. Although lower class was sacrificed, SP scheduler guaranteed the fairness among the users for the same class.
