Isi artikelWorker's right to decent work, receive adequate remuneration, obtain social security, and awarded pension are among the most important basic right of workers. The opportunity to enjoy those basic rights, however, will be diminished in the case of workers being employed on the basis of temporary work contract. In such a legal situation, workers lose the benefit of protection accorded by the law, face uncertainty in regard to their future, and at any time face the risk of being discharged without compensation. From a human rights perspective, the legal situation created by the use of temporary work contracts may created the unavoidable risk of Infringement and violation of workers' social and economic rights.
