Nowdays needs of esae of information was run quickly and development of telecommunication technology, such as SMS, makes communication is easier to do. Application software also develop beyond the technology and makes everything more possible to do. Information run faster than before, access of data is easier to be accessed. One of that applications is embedded on library, that could possible to check and order to the book easily, all of those do by SMS using cellphone. This application helps people who want access catalogues of library easier and faster because they have not to go to library only to check the book. Based on that case, this research was develop, to make value addes service for people who access library using SMS on their cellphone. Research focused in how to using SMS gateway as hardware tools to communicate between server and cellphone. Business process of library transaction were discussed to understanding the application requirement. At the end research, the hardware and software of application were successfully developed.
