Curriculum stuffs graduates with abilities to contend and secure their jobs. Responding to the changing in industrial demand, curriculum should be revised periodically. It is not uncommon that many higher educational institutions do it only for legal aspects. With respect to the money, time, and effort being spent in updating curriculum, it is suggested that this occasion also being used to gain quality improvement. The model propose that updated curriculum is used to gain the incremental quality improvement. Further improvement is achieved by combining it with continuous improvement in learning activities.
