Isi artikelThe Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits employers from discriminating against a “qualified individual with a disability.” The ADA prohibits discrimination with regard to job applications, hiring, advancement, discharge, compensation, job training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
