Isi artikelIn the Japanese society, every organization consist of people as human resources, each with their respective behavior and attitude and competence, as well as social values. Based upon this awareness, a new paradigm of managerial style “middle-up-down” is gradually accepted as their corporate philosophy and culture, which guide the organization in achieving their respective visions. The Japanese with their “makoto” spirit which means work hard and smart drive are always on the look for new ways to ‘be better, not behind, if not better be different’ . This means looking forward to be ware of changes in the world society ,to adapt themselves in their respective ‘kaizen (contituous improvement).
