Isi artikelThis research aims at examine weather motivation and compensation effect to auditor’s performance that work at accounting firm in Yakarta. This research hyphoteses that there effect of good motivation and compensation to increase auditor performance. The hyphoteses this research used are purposive sampling with multylinear regresion. The results this on sample of 101 auditor’s showed that the increase of auditor performance is influenced by good motivation and fairness compensation.
