Study Concerning the teacher at the Kindergarten school inIndonsia has rarely been conducted, especialy of that related to organization commitment in connection with job satisfactin and their retention. In organizational commitment theory, commitment of kindergarten teacher is assummed to determined personal commitement to their institution or profesion. It can guide their behavior in organization. The increase of behavior quality will be follow by the increase of performenace quality and efficacy at kindergarten school. Another importent factor in organization is job satisfaction level. This represent the assessment of employees toward various aspec of their job such as work environment, salary, career, superrior, and subordinat. It is said to be important for yhe teacher because job satisfaction can determined commitment to their job. Finnaly, the teacher satisfaction will improve the commitment, and in return, increase retention in their institution. In the long run, their retention will build an improve their satisfaction.
