Isi artikelThis paper is essentially an inception plan to substantiate language-learning contribution to the promotion of human dignity. Though partly reactive to our present world where hardly any days pass without reports on conflicts, violence, destruction, suffering, this plan may bear long-term obligations to language students. In fact, it begins with some philosophical questions, shyingawayfrom becoming merely defensive. It then proceeds with why content-value language learning and the procedure of getting at it. A tentative implementation sample is provided to conclude the discussion.
