The objective of this article is to investigate correlation between environmental management dimension practices and environmental performance, with company size as a moderating variable. Environmental management dimensions include: the driving of environmental management and proactive environmental management. The population for this research are all manufacturing industries in Central Java Indonesia that are resistant to environmental change. Number of respondent in this research are 143 companies, 51 large companies and 92 medium companies. Companies category are: textile, furniture, ciggarette, wood processing, manure, printing, fish processing, pantile and medicine. Research variables are driving environmental management (4 indicators), proactive environmental management (6 indicators), and Environmental performance (7 indicators). Data were collected by mail survey and interview with company leader. This research use interactive regression analysis. The result indicates that the beginner analysis, the environmental dimension shave positif impact on environmental performance. The later result indicate that the interaction between environmental management dimensions and the size of company (large and medium company)have no significant effect on environmental performance, or the company size is not a moderating variable.
