Isi artikel
The study sought to determine how accurate male interviewers are : (1) in assessing the job characteristics desired by male and female job applicants and (2) in predicting the preferences of applicants for intrinsic and extrinsic job characteristics. Differences in assessing male and female applicants were not of sufficient magnitude to be of practical importance. Interviewers consistently over emphasized the importance of intrinsic factors to applicants and underestimated the importance of extrinsic factors.
