An assessment of job achievement is a mechanism to make sure that the employee’s performance in every level agrees with the manager’s order. Every employee desires something like job promotion, salary ascension, healthy working environment, prestigious position, and having a job that can give them a perfect satisfaction. Thus, the manager in every leyel try to fix their level of job achievement by assessing their subordinate and also controling their behaviour.
