This research to determine to prove infuse leaves of Achyranthes aspera linn influence towards embryo development of mice with used come parameter: number of zygote, 2 cell stage embrio, 4 cell stage embrio, 8 cell stage embrio and morula satge embrio and abnormality in embryos development. Sample is used 100 female mices to copulation devided in to 4 groups each group content 25 female mices. The first group are given infuse tthat vagina plug moment, second groups at 24 hours after vagina plug, third groups are given infuse at 36 hours after vagina plug and fourth groups are given infuse 48 hours after vagina plug. Each groups devided 5 sub groups. The first subgroup as control was given NaCl physiologis and 4 sub groups were given infuse leaves of Achyranthes aspera linn continously 3%, 10%, 30% and 50%. Observation towards development of embryos and abnormality at 12 hours aftergiven infuse. The result of experiment conclude infuse leaves of Achyranthes aspera linn cocentrated 30 % to stop development of zygote, 2 cell stage embrio, 4 cell stage embrio, 8 cell stage embrio and morula stage embryo 100% and wrinkle of embryonic membrane and degeneration of blastomere embryo.
