This research was conducted in work area of STD Clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya. This research aimed to analyze factors that are considerated by Commercial Sexual Worker in using health service at STD Clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya. It also chooses that dominant factors in taking decision usage of health service in this area. Sample of this research was taken by proportional random sampling to Commercial Sex Worker in work area of STD clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya and 180 samples was randomly selected. Analytic research using Regression Logistic Test that predicted that considerated by Commercial Sexual Worker to take decision in order to get health service of STD Clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya showed that there are two factors (3 variables) Analysis result shows that (1) the most of Commercial Sexual Worker ages between 20 – 25 years old, with the length of work between 1 – 6 years, and their salary is Rp 500.000,00 – less than Rp 1.000.000,00; (2) most of respondent selected STD Clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya say that is their sick including disease that related with their work; (3) The place of Clinic STD Putat Jaya Surabaya and transportation is easy to reach; (4) Factors that is considerated by Commercial Sexual Worker in order to get health service in STD Clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya are (a) characteristic of habit and pattern of founding health services are (a.1) health examination place that related their duties (a.2) the reinforcing factor that Commercial Sexual Worker health examination in STD Clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya is self need; (b) Environment factor is other health facilitation closer with their house or work place but they selected Clinic STD Putat Jaya Surabaya because the service more complete. Environment factor was the dominant factor according to consideration of by Commercial Sexual Worker in order to get health services in STD Clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya, even though there are a lot of other health service that closer than STD Clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya and the reason is in STD Clinic Putat Jaya Surabaya have complete services than the other health services.
