Every job will have a certain degree of pressure on person. To reduce its negative impact, some control mechanism on alleviating pressure should be applied from within a person. Externally, there are efforts to control stress in the job environment such as : 1. give workers a chance to refresh themselves mentally and physically 2. provide workers with bonuses fort heir work achievement, and 3. create a conducive elimate in the workers job environment through provision of adequate facilities in the workplace.
