The auns if study are to analyze the relationship between PPL's knowledge of counseling, evolution of PPL's work competencies, and PPL work motivation with the perception of PPL's work environment at BPP. The study was conducted at the BIPP in abtanghari regency with 60 PPL's as sampels selected using simple andom sampling. The research concludes there are positive correlations between : 1. PPL's knowledge of counseling and the perception of PPL's work environment at BPP 2. evaluation of PPL's work competencies and the perception of PPL's work environment at BPP 3. PPL's work motivation and the perception of PPL's work environment at BPP Moreover, there is positive correltion between PPL's knowledge of counseling, evaluation of PPL's competencis and PPL's work motivation with the perception of PPL's work environment at BPP.
