The fittnes accuracy of NiCr casting depends on invesment material to compensate the shringkage of the alloy in which occurs on casting. The expansion of the investment would compensate the shringkage of the alloy. The lower the concentration of the liquid invesment concentration will decreased the investment expansion. The aim of this study is to compare certain liquid concentration bonded investment of casting marginal fit. The concentration of 85%, 80% and 75% liquid phosphate bonded investment were to investigate the result of the casting marginal fit. The marginal fit were measured using traveling microscope. The collected data were then statiscally analyzed using ANOVA and HSD Test. Thes result of the study showed that the lower of the concentration of phosphate bonded investment liquid, the lihghter the marginal gap would be of the castings, the smaller the marginal gap of the castings, Clinically the marginal gap of casting was still accepeted beside on 100% also 85% liquid concentration.
