This research was done to study the effectiveness of doses of lactic acid bacteria to increase humoral immune response of red nila fish (Oreochromis sp.). Test fish with an average weight of 20 g, length of 15 cm and age of month were treated with lactic acid bacteria given through pellet feed at 5; 10; 20 and 0 g/kg.
