The acceleration of economics development to increases organization competitiveness depends on how we can manage knowledge and technology effectively. Sciences are derived from individual knowledge which is a must to be managed in order to be organizational knowledge, and in the end become an organization assets. This paper tries to describe in detail about strategic proposal and steps to implement realistic knowledge management in industry organization specifically in small scale industry using the integrated holistic concept of MAFLOW-BUILDIRSA knowledge management to make innovation so that industry organization competitiveness increases.
