This research aimed at illustrating the industrial relations in small and medium enterprises, especially whether employees rights be protected using written documents and safe working condition are fulfilled and whether employee-employer relations are harmonious. Using 148 completed questionnaires, the conditions were examined. The results provide evidence that although lack of written protection evidence do exist, employees experienced safe and harmonious working conditions.
