The basic of development objective is to achieve the welfare of society so that the development orientation is not merely quantitative measurement. The means to achieve the development objective requires holistic and multidisciplinary approach such as rededining the patterns of production and consumption, distribution, saving and investment, property rights, international financial system, and public - private relations. The strategy for economic recovert after the election, whoever will win the election, economic activities should be honest, transparent, and well - institutionalized.
