The development strategy of the indonesian economy should switch a broad - base strategy to specific base or specialization strategy where the individualization process should be based on agro - industry and mining sector, instead of adopting fully petrochemical, aeronautics or high - tech industries at the same time. Therefore, the reform of finance and banking sectors should focus on providing and allocating the development funds for investment and working capitals which are affordable and viable for supporting productive economic activities. This could materialize once all economic distortions are removed. In addition, finance and banking sectors should learn from the real sector about specialization. Providing a better access agriculture, agribusiness and agro - industry is more appropriate than simply allocating the funds for real estate sectors, which have been a source of problems of finance and banking sectors in the last decade.
