Isi artikel
Few events play as great a role in an individual's career success as the appointment of an immediated supervisor. The same goes for organizations. The newly appointed CEO through his or her adminstrative style, perception of the organization's potential, molds and shapes the organization until it represents. In the CEO's eyes, characteristics of the CEO have a major effect on the way an organization responds to changes in its environment. Whether an organizationretreats or responds aggresively in the face of intense market pressure often depends on the fundamental characteristics of the CEO.
