Development which is noble, humanistic, that results in human welfare, too often becomes a myth for the fact that behind this concepts lies certain ideology containing variety of interests. Consequently, a message of development turns into a fairy story, nonsense, political lie, especially to the weak and the poor. Nevertheless, the development itself is not something free of values. In other words, the real development which is succesful and beneficial for human beings should be based on ethics.
