This research examines the fundamental analysis through the financial ratio Return On Equity, Asset Growth and Net Gearing to explore its influence to Price Earning Ratio and the effect to Expected Return in year 2000 and 2001 for manufacture industry that listed at Jakarta Stock Exchange. The research found that those variables as simultaneous gave significant influence to Price Earning Ratio and the Expected Return was significantly influenced by Price Earning Ratio and Return On Equity.
