The new wave of accountant education is business oriented, caused of the pressure of market driven and taught competition. The governance regulation of accountant education Is tending to make high cost education, its mean raising the marginal student. Diversity or die Is the key point of education competitive advantages. Resources management Is more complexity than before, cause of the variety of market and customers demand. We need to know how to synergize the ITC (Information, Technology and Computer) and other resources to make smart the strategic planning in higher education management. The question is how to operate briefly the process of teaching learning, how to service nicely the student as customers and how to make more comfort of the internal organization climate and how to conduct change management smartly. The main competitive advantages are human, media, method, price, services, quality assurance and place. The other hands, and consider of real fact, that is not tend to serve the marginal student, lack of good corporate culture and nationalism as an advantage main frame. The answer is depending on how to operate smoothly higher education management, and how to change the market threats to be business opportunities, and be winner.
