As in many problems about procurement and development of industry, information technology implemented for making right decision as needed. In other assumption about getting information about procurement of industry using data mining process and classified it with neural network methods within priority scaling methods. The result is a conclusion of potential effort in region domain. Groupware implementation through internet media become a facility between communication, coordination, communication in process of development of industry within analyzing and processing information as needed for groups based on groupware agent function.
