Consumer's attitude and behavior are major concern to many firms involved in formulating a marketing strategy to win market share. The purpose of this survey is to find consumer's attitude and behavior toward Transjakarta Bus Services, corridor Blok M-Kota. To analyze the data, Model Multiatribut (Fishbein) are used. The attributes analyzed are attributes of: purchasing belief, evaluation, normative belief, and motivation . The result of analysis showed that consumer's attitude and behavior toward Transjakarta are positif. |
