Besides providing several promises to investor, government also guaranteed ORI payment. This becomes one of the attractions to investor. Nevertheless, PRI still has several risks and costs that have to be paid investor if something goes wrong. So it will be better if future investor studied the ORI before it becomes a costly speculative investment.
