Isi artikel
It has been argued that anger is the first emotion human beings experience and the last that we learn to manage effectively. It is recognizable at 4 months of age, and many of us spend a lifetime dealing with it. Because anger is part of most interpersonal relationships, it challenges couples and families. Anger is so unpleasant that we usually blame someone else for it when, in reality, it begins within ourselves. This article provides tools to help you understand your anger and responses to it individually and as a family unit. You are then enabled to apply anger management principles to your own situation.
