Never before has a tool been available to help with the fears associated with beginning therapy. The revolutionary Openness to Therapy Assessment (OTA) test helps anyone interested in entering therapy to feel more comfortable by identifying more than 25 common fears. The OTA includes such issues as confidentiality, feeling hopeless, feeling ashamed of going to a therapist, and being afraid of going for therapy. These issues are not left unanswered. This self-evaluation includes how to deal with these fears so that it is not only easier to go to the first therapy session but so that all therapy sessions will be more effective. The OTA will revolutionize the way therapy sessions begin because now, for the first time, a tool is available to help a person focus on their fears, concerns, and doubts about beginning the therapy process.
